At the CJF, we believe education is all about helping kids and their Collies shine – both in the show ring and in life. Through hands-on learning, fun resources, and supportive mentorship, we aim to:

Help Juniors succeed: From mastering handling techniques to understanding what makes a great handler, we’re here to give young handlers the tools and confidence they need to succeed in Junior Showmanship while learning respect and good sportsmanship.

Share the love of Collies: Collies are a special breed with a rich history, and we’re passionate about helping Juniors learn all about their unique qualities and how to showcase them.

Teach responsibility: Great handlers are also great dog owners! We focus on the importance of care, training, and being a positive role model for the breed.

We want kids to feel confident, connected, and proud of their partnership with their Collies. Whether they’re just starting out or looking to take their skills to the next level, we’re here to make learning exciting and meaningful!
